The education quality at Uni is lower than HS. The "tutor" is probably just some random student, and they largely just repeat what's taught in the lecture. They're more "Markers" who mark the work you've done in the lab, then give you feedback.
The quality of the slides depends on the class. Some slides are pretty much textbooks, while others very small, and don't contain any course material, so you have to watch the lecture.
Uni exams have less rote memorization compared to HS, and more practical questions, so you don't need to memorize the entire course, just know how to do the questions. Harder than it sounds, cause in HS you have time to take a break and review, in uni you don't.
But the examinations/assignments are much fairer, and marking is much better, since the guy who created the course, is overseeing everything.
