Hi Everyone, I've just moved back to aus after living in europe and the middle east for the past few years. During that time I only retained about 40-50% attendance and messed around with friends almost everyday. Unfortunately, ive only just come to the realisation that im likely stuffed for the HSC and preliminary exams which are approaching this term. I wouldn't consider myself inherently "dumb" and can learn well, however I feel I am VERY behind in my studies after arriving back in syd late last term. I'm going to a boarding school on the north shore who aren't providing me with much support apart from 'review' (study time, but I feel very lost)
If anyone could help me with advice/study help, I'd be very grateful.

depends on what subjects youre doing but if imma be honest i did 0 work and near 0 learning in years 7-10. year 7-10 english (and if im gonna be honest 11-12 english doesnt teach anything) is absolutely useless i just picked up my game in term 3 yr 11. maths is one you might be cooked for prolly lock in for that. science is kinda meh depending on which one you're doing, cause we don't (at least i didnt) do any phys/chem calculations or balancing chemical equations before year 11, and most of the stuff you learn is like bio which is irrelevant. history and geography idk but i did nothing in those classes. id just make sure not to fall further behind cause it sounds like you missed term 1-2 just catch up on those two terms of content i dont think theres much if anything to catch up on pre year 11 stuff
