English std (Rank 63/200)
AT 1: 7/20
AT 2: 18/20

AT 1 was due to late submission, not bad poor performance, confident I can maintain at least 75-85% for the next ones

Maths advanced (Rank 24/90)
AT 1: 73%
AT 2: 69%
AT 3: 99% (average was about 80 for this tho)

Economics (Rank 3/36)
AT 1: 75%
AT 2: 90%
AT 3: 96%

Physics (Rank 16/55)
AT 1: 85%
AT 2: 97%
AT 3: 75%

Enterprise computing (Rank 8/55)
AT 1: 100%
AT 2: 96%
AT 3: 80% (major project)

Goal atar: 95 originally, but at this point 91-93 will do

How cooked am I? Is it possible to still reach 95? How much more effort do I put in? At this current rate what atar do you think I'm headed toward?

honestly? nothing looks that bad... you're not getting a 99, but you're still in excellent shape considering you presumably haven't sat the trials yet...
From the looks of it, and assuming you perform the same or better in the hsc in all of those subjects, a 90 atar is definitely possible... I'm haven't got enough experience helping with this sort of thing to be able to predict an atar, but i can make an educated guess of above 90 from what you've sent...

i know you haven't specifically asked this, but even though you're not ranked #1 in all your subjects, you can still get a good mark, as by the looks of it the people above you are only scoring slightly more... I believe that means not quite being ranked first isn't the end of the world...

one thing i will say though, is try as hard as you can to pull a good mark for E-S as that is probably your worst course, from that list.
