I have ~90 but a lot of those are either subsequent citations or little annotations. So How many actual sources do you have? I'd say ur fine as long as you use your footnotes to back up all your claims that are relevant and need a source yk cause 80 sounds a lot

I had 80 footnotes in total, but not all of those were unique sources. I had around 38 secondary and 12 primary
As long as you're referencing what you need to where you used it you'll be fine
oh what i only have 44 altogether I have 22 secondary sources and the rest of my footnotes were just segments from my primary. I heard that the amount of sources you have doesn't really matter and the most important thing is synthesising your data.
