For this question, the last step of the answers has '0.001092' instead of 0.0001092 regarding the moles of the previous question.

Why's that? Is it a typo?

they divided by 10 because they took 25mL aliquots of the 250mL sample (in the hsc u should prob justify this step)

why do people glaze them so much then?

their papers aren't any different from independent exams

Maybe because other schools copy the questions?

What gets me is that some of the mistakes are big and should have been obvious during proper checking.
