is power and authority always studied with the cold war for mdrn his? my schools doing arab/Israeli conflict, so is that separate or is that together with the cold war as indonichia and demaskea are? so is it cold war--> arab/israeli or just straight into arab/isralei?

I am not entirely sure since I did not take Modern History, but looking at the syllabus document, the Core Study: Power and Authority in the Modern World 1919-1946 is separate from Peace and Conflict. As such, since one Peace and Conflict topic must be studied, and given that your school teaches the Arab-Israeli Conflict 1948–1996, I assume this means that you would not study other topics under Peace and Conflict, like Conflict in Indochina 1954–1979 or the Cold War 1945-1991. Perhaps someone who took/is taking Modern History could confirm.

please pm and I will send you the modern history syllabus .i have a copy. Power and authority is the common module . Cold War is a separate module and has separate questions in exam to the common module questions
