Does anyone have tips for nausea during and before (mainly before) exams lol it’s really messing me up. I’ve experienced it a lot in the past and still now even though I’ve managed to get my stress levels down a bit. Most of the time it goes away during the exam but it’s just soooo annoying

same! but 4 eng i didnt really had any cause i'll get to school like an hour and a bit b4 the exam and just sit outside w/ like a book or something and just read. its a good distraction for nausea, stops me stressing & stops me cramming lol

Omg once I had a sub for Eng and it was the day of the math exam so then I started doing math at the back of my essay so that when the sub checked I would just flip it over. That sub was so so annoying cause he kept on walking around
