do y'all think they'll ask criminal trial or sentencing? Or just an essay based solely on 1dp?
2019 was post sentencing
2020 was crim trial
on my hands and knees that they don't ask this

i literally created an account for the sole purpose of pointing out how tragic this is

I did bail and remand as one of by 2 bodies for Crime BTU TIS THE WRONG SYLLABUS DOTPOINT. how many marks would i loose from that

why is bail even in investigation process - don't sweat it but ur probs not getting anything for that

I though bail/remand was part of the trial process. the question was on trial and sentencing, I asked my teacher after he said bail/remand counted as trial process

will you lose marks for writing incorrect legislation or will they just not mark you up

hsc markers look to add marks they dont take away marks if u did bail they wont take marks off u just lose an opportunity to gain marks.

Look there is nothing we can do at this point and tbh if u only did 2 pgs overall it's not looking pretty but just dont let it ruin ur mentality for any other tests u got

at least that was my third para. My other two were on mandatory minimum sentences and alternative methods of sentencing. In my bail para I tried to word it as how it affected trials. I know I cant get a full 15, but hopefully my other 2 were good enough to get at least 10

u would prolly get 10 or above if ur overall essay writing was good as well
