funnily enough though he actually hates 67. i remember i was sitting in physics class with my friends one day and i said 67 and everybody glanced at me with shame because he scolded everybody else for saying 67 before

it was ok like the essay question was fine but idk about the unseen cuz i kinda rushed them so...

See if I walked around parading how much work ive done people will catch on and realise that I'm a threat. I came from failing chem physics and math so most think I am no competition and I can beat a lot of people without them ever knowing. In biology everyone knows my marks (someone was trying to bully me, and I used that mark in my argument so yeah). Low expectations just give a lot more room to work

whats wrong with people thinking you're a threat?

People don't feel competitive with me. They actually tell me things instead of gatekeeping like they do from others. I don't have expectations on me and yeah, I'm just chill. It's like they find it really easy to help and give resources to someone that's lower than them but could the same be said for someone who is higher or at the same level?

ohhh honestly fair fair i get it, that makes sense

thankfully my school isn't that competitive so people will share just about any resource if you ask nicely enough, even if you're higher ranked.
nobody really gatekeeps (unless ive been in the dark this whole time, i hope not... @Study to success is our grade hiding any resources from me i should know about? )

Our grade is so toxic, and everyone does anything to get the upper hand. Even the guy who was against gatekeeping tricked me in physics. Now I'm at the point where I don't trust pretty much everyone and I'm coming for these people next task.

everybody in my grade knows our school is badly ranked and that we need to depend on each other if we wanna actually do well, so nobody really tries to mislead other people

Hi guys, are teachers allowed to force you to not drop down to 10 units? I tried dropping from 12 to 10 today since I already completed a term of the subject I wanted to drop since I'm doing a lot of content heavy subjects. I already bombed the test for it too so I don't know what I should do.

The syllabus does forces first. But I think understanding momentum before forces makes understanding forces more intuitive.

Just as a side note, if you are thinking of doing mechanical engineering, you should only do up to and including module 6. I don't think module 7 is useful and module 8 is definitely useless for for mechanical engineering.

Oh, I see.. is 10 units usually frowned upon by many schools? I honestly decided that there is no point doing Economics if it isn't going to get counted in my ATAR anyway since I believe I will do better in 4U math

it is kinda frowned upon for being 'risky' but lots of people do it anyways. they cant exactly stop you either so i say go for it
