LITERALLY OMFG YES YOU GET IT RIGHT AWAY... just remember astc and the equation for each quadrant
but it really annoys me that they write questions like that too
because it really shouldn't be, say, sin(180-theta) = theta, the formula really should be 180-x = theta or whatever and forget the rubbish... because if you actually look at what you have to do to use that formula to work it out, YOU LITERALLY CAN'T USE THE VALUE THEY GIVE YOU IN THAT FORMULA. SO YOU HAVE TO DO 180-X ANYWAY
honestly, idk how you'd represent sin, cos and tan, but HERE'S a formula that ACTUALLY WORKS and YOU CAN PUT THE NUMBER THEY GIVE YOU INTO IT
1st quad, x=theta
2nd quad, 180-x=theta
3rd quad, x-180=theta
4th quad, 360-x=theta
because when you get a question like, "find the exact value of cos240" you can't put 240 anywhere into that equation. you HAVE TO TAKE 180 OFF THO!! so hence my new and improved equation... 240-180=theta bam you have your answer...
