6 obviously, for part b you talk about the sign of the charge. Just think about what to equate for part a to get rid of the variable you don't know (voltage and distance between plates), some textbooks show derivation of formula in module 8 for this experiment

The Millikan Oil Drop Experiment can be either Module 6 or Module 8, it all depends on the way the question is phrased. If the question is about the design principle of the experiment (as in the o.p.) then it is Mod.6. If the question is about the aim of the experiment and the implications of the discovery then it is Mod.8
