but also im better at topics like complex and integration than vectors and proofs so that might be why i found 22 q16 easier than this yearNah im not im prolly only pulling like 90-92 aligned on this exam
Yeah i js wrote some random bs i didnt even bother cos i thought i wasnt gonna get it (stupid i shouldve continued bashing the integration)Even the cartesian eq?
bro anything above 80 raw is a 99.95 contributorI am getting about 84-90 raw, what does that align to?
could theoretically be anywhere between 94-98 but likely will be 95-97I am getting about 84-90 raw, what does that align to?
However got to say the 2023 extension 1 paper is probably the most elegant HSC maths exam ever set. It’s a bit sad the examination committee is not comming up with unique questions for the flagship exam of the HSC. The ones I’ve seen copied word for word are 1. 2022 Q15 c from Cambridge (Q22 on page 55). 2. 2023 Q 16a from mastering HSC maths (Q21 p 65 and P1 p66. Part b from a trial exam. 3. 2024 Q16c from Patel and 4. 2025 Q16a from Terry Lee. The only paper that was entirely unique was 2021.
I absolutely adored 2021 and 2023 and was praying for something like those, glad to see someone has the same taste as me!! (I feel like they favoured critical thinking over rote learning, but maybe I'm biased because I did comparatively well in those...)However got to say the 2023 extension 1 paper is probably the most elegant HSC maths exam ever set.
also induction question verbatim from VCE and a Q15 from 2025 WME trialIt’s a bit sad the examination committee is not comming up with unique questions for the flagship exam of the HSC. Even if u don't have critical thinking skills to do most of 14 15 16, it still would've benefited you as alignment would've been much better.I absolutely adored 2021 and 2023 and was praying for something like those, glad to see someone has the same taste as me!! I think 2022 was one of the better aligning ones as well? idk, I'm speaking as someone who aimed to get like 50% of q16 on a regular basis. but maybe the better alignment is because it was less favourable to rote learning, which is a characteristic of the majority of the cohort - just my take.Even if u don't have critical thinking skills to do most of 14 15 16, it still would've benefited you as alignment would've been much better
I think the hsc now in general is just going downhill. ext 2 math is turning to rote learning. english advanced is just memorisation. most humanities are just memorising. even at that with humanities people just now copy state rank essays or whatever else provided by the tutoring facilities. I think NESA needs to actually do something to revamp the system but ive got no idea how. anyways just glad its not my problem anymore.I think 2022 was one of the better aligning ones as well? idk, I'm speaking as someone who aimed to get like 50% of q16 on a regular basis. but maybe the better alignment is because it was less favourable to rote learning, which is a characteristic of the majority of the cohort - just my take.

b4/b5 in eng is tanking my atarbro anything above 80 raw is a 99.95 contributor
To exclude asians from a good university... yet internationals who can't write or speak a lick of actual every day English get to come in, since they don't even have to do English writing favorable HSC. How is that better?Don't even know why English existed as a subject![]()

Basically the whole paper is copy pasted. Wasted 50% of my study time on trials and past hsc q16idk if this question is included in one of these but the question with b-a>c-d or something like that was also copy pasted
i dont have the source unfortunately but i swearrrr ive seen that one before in a trial paper
