penrith is not that great (coming frm someone who goes there) but honestly its okay if you can compete with others well

Yeah but isn't Baulko wayyyyyy harder?

They put caps on classes, so unless you do well, you might not be able to do Engx1, mathsx1, chemistry, or physics. Not that I don't have hope for you, but it can be very disheartening, and if those are subjects you want to do and don't end up getting into them... You might be fucked lol.

I tried out for girra entry to year 10 and there were 138 kids who applied

also does girra and penrith even care about preferences when they selected the student, cuz when my brother applied, he put baulko first, girra second and penrith third. He got declined by baulko, but got accepted by girra and penrith?

my brother was like top 30% overall, and that time there were 99 ppl who applied to girra (btw he got 6th reserve)
