Im pretty srue it dpends on if school asked. Some schools ask for 2 reccent, others ask for one and I think maybe some ask for none. If you want to check go onto your school and do 8-11 application and see what they ask for.

what did you guys in year 11 get for the question with the tripod cow and like which legs he can still balance on if they are removed?

You don’t have to put both, just your most recent one. I just put both because my yr 7 naplan results came out after I submitted my form. I just emailed the school and asked them to add it to my application.
