bruh idk what theyre called. i do it with resistance bands and i anchor it to the door and lean slightly forward and pull the bands behind my backokay well firstly idk if you are trolling but tricep curls aren’t an excersizesecondly yes if you dont hit protein goals then take protein shakes and you need a structured workout split
