Ghengis Khan is not viewed as evil though. Mongolians revere the man to this day and this is entirely uncontroversial. White people essentially never include him among history's most evil people, and I see vastly more asians who are proud of Khan rather than ashamed.

Yes Genghis Khan did kill many people. But unlike Hitler or Joseph Stalin, Khan tolerated other religions like Buddhism and allowed people in his land to practice religion freely. The reason why there were mass murders was because they wanted full control over land and wanted to prevent any sort of rebellion. However, Mr. Adolf on the other hand was directly responsible for the World War 2, the worst war that occurred in documented history, responsible for 50 to 70 million deaths in total. Unlike Khan, Hitler wanted to prove the superiority of the Aryan race, and was deeply involved in ethnic cleansing. Khan did create economic development in the long term through improving the silk route, and allowing trade across Eurasia. Meanwhile Hitler devastated the German, Polish and other countries' economies by funding military expansion over internal development. See the difference in the ideology? So, Ghenghis Khan was definitely an evil person, but it is completely justified why Hitler is hated more.

On BoS we have always been fairly open with what we allow to be discussed on NCAP forums. We obviously have rules around conduct which is clearly offensive amongst other things. However, we offer users a lot of leeway in discussion. So in this thread for example, Sylvia has made many controversial statements but they are valid opinions and they dont break the rules. He is criticising different cultures (which can be interpreted as racist) but he isnt making outright racist statements. Users are free to challenge his views.
