Well tbf i don't think it was deliberately. They couldn't understand that the deadly diseases which plagued their own people came from their appalling lack of hygiene. Undoubtedly however, they were still the root cause of illness like chicken pox, that I think they could've known, assuming they had more braincells than rum in their heads.

On BoS we have always been fairly open with what we allow to be discussed on NCAP forums. We obviously have rules around conduct which is clearly offensive amongst other things. However, we offer users a lot of leeway in discussion. So in this thread for example, Sylvia has made many controversial statements but they are valid opinions and they dont break the rules. He is criticising different cultures (which can be interpreted as racist) but he isnt making outright racist statements. Users are free to challenge his views.

While Im here, another thing about Sylvia, he knows the rules really well. So he will use his tactics to get under people's skin and they lash out by making threats or flaming him. If you do the latter, then we get involved and take action against you -thus handing him an even bigger win.
